Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Cardiovascular Program Specialist to provide expert clinical support and training for DaVinci cardiac platforms. The role collaborates with the Cardiovascular Sales Manager to ensure safe product adoption and optimal patient outcomes.

Travel up to 75% to hubs near major airports is expected. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (science or business) with 2+ years in cardiac surgery, plus preferred clinical credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in science or business).
• Experience: 2+ years CARDIAC SURGERY (CVOR EXPERIENCE).
• Experience as a Physician Assistant, First Assist, plus industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site case support in OR/hybrid OR for robotic cardiac procedures.
• Serve as clinical expert for product setup, troubleshooting, and live cases.
• Train physicians and care teams on indications and use of robotic platforms.
• Partner with sales to plan clinical adoption and expand surgeon pathways.
• Stay current on literature and clinical guidelines to inform practice.
