Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited program).
• PE license preferred.
• 5-10 years of roadway engineering experience (PennDOT/PTC preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, orally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Positive attitude and cooperative work style.

Responsibilities

• Design horizontal and vertical alignments and develop roadway plans and profiles.
• Prepare construction plans, specifications, cost estimates and technical reports.
• Develop maintenance of traffic elements and roadside features.
• Collaborate with project team on transportation projects in PA/DE/MD.
