Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from ABET‑accredited program.
• 11–15 years of roadway design and project management experience in PA.
• Registered PA Professional Engineer or able to obtain via comity within 6 months.
• Experience with design software: MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD.
• Proven reputation as an engineering professional and strong BD ability.
• Ability to work independently and in teams; manage multiple assignments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design horizontal and vertical alignments and roadway plans.
• Develop profiles, roadside elements, and traffic control plans.
• Prepare construction plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Develop technical reports and support business development.
• Mentor staff and collaborate with project teams.
