Job summary

Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build Roadway Lead/Manager for its Innovative Pursuits Team to drive transportation projects in the Mountain West region. You will lead roadway discipline engineering teams and coordinate with discipline leads as a key member of the project management and delivery team.

The role requires a current PE license and 10+ years in transportation infrastructure, with 5+ years leading roadway design and 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.

Qualifications

• PE license desired; states UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in transportation infrastructure design.
• 5+ years of leading roadway design for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway discipline engineering teams for Transportation DB/PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads.
• Integral member of the project management and delivery team.
• Lead roadway design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specifications, and quantity tasks.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and clients.
• Be assigned to local and Rocky Mountain Region projects.
