Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk controls for our Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. The role partners with FAS leadership to identify regulatory and operational risks and develop practical controls, workflows, and training to support engagements from intake to closure.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in risk management within professional services, with knowledge of ABC matters, independence, and conflicts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance, or a related function within a professional services organization
• Working understanding of restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, or other financial advisory engagements, including ABC matters
• Working knowledge of independence and conflicts-of-interest requirements

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, engagement letters, and client agreements across restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, and other FAS engagements
• Develop and manage the Enterprise Risk Management program for the ABC entities and the broader FAS practice
• Coordinate with insurance brokers on coverage questions and claims, looping in GCO on matters affecting firm-wide policies
• Oversee litigation matters against entities in the ABC portfolio and other FAS-related matters
