EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk management for the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice, including ABC engagements. You will partner with FAS leadership to identify and address professional, regulatory, and operational risks while developing practical controls and training.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance within a professional services organization.
• Working understanding of restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, or other financial advisory engagements (ABC matters).
• Knowledge of independence and conflicts‑of‑interest requirements in professional services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide risk guidance to FAS engagement teams across restructuring and bankruptcy engagements.
• Support ABC administration, including creditor notice and claims administration.
• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management program for ABC entities and FAS practice.
• Deliver risk management training and maintain the risk register for leadership reporting.
• Coordinate with GCO and outside counsel on non-standard terms and policy guidance.
