Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a Risk Management Manager to guide risk controls for its Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. You will partner with FAS leadership to address professional, regulatory, and operational risks from intake through case closure.

You will develop practical workflows, training, and policies, coordinating with General Counsel, firm risk teams, and outside counsel to protect the firm and clients without slowing delivery of high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, or compliance in a professional services firm.
• Familiarity with restructuring, bankruptcy, or complex litigation is a plus.
• Knowledge of independence and conflicts‑of‑interest requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management for the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice.
• Identify and address professional, regulatory, and operational risks early with practical controls.
• Develop workflows, training, and policies to support engagements from intake to closure.
• Coordinate with GCO, insurance, and outside counsel on risk matters.
• Maintain risk register and provide periodic reporting to firm leadership.
• Develop and deliver risk management training for FAS professionals.
