Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk management for the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. You will partner with FAS leadership to identify professional, regulatory, and operational risks, and develop practical controls, workflows, and training through intake to closure.

You will work with General Counsel, firm risk management, and outside counsel on matters requiring legal review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance, or related functions in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, engagement letters, and client agreements across restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, and other FAS engagements.
• Prepare and negotiate vendor, subcontractor, and consulting agreements to support ABC administration and other FAS engagements.
• Draft and negotiate employment and contractor agreements, including international personnel arrangements.
• Provide advice on routine risk issues across restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, and other financial advisory engagements.
• Support assignee and fiduciary duties on ABC engagements, including creditor notice, claims administration, bonding, and asset sale or liquidation processes.
• Advise on independence, conflicts, and disclosure obligations in complex litigation and dispute advisory engagements.
• Develop and manage the Enterprise Risk Management program for ABC entities and the broader FAS practice.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers on coverage questions and claims; involve GCO on firm-wide policies.
• Oversee litigation matters against ABC portfolio entities and related FAS matters.
• Track statutes, case law, bankruptcy rules, and professional standards across jurisdictions; translate into practical guidance.
