Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk management for the Financial Advisory Services practice. The role partners with FAS leadership to identify and address professional, regulatory, and operational risks, and to develop practical controls and training that support engagements from intake through closure.

The role reports to the FAS Director of Operations and offers the chance to shape risk management across a fast-paced practice while protecting client service quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business required.
• 8+ years in risk management, quality control, or compliance in a professional services firm.
• Knowledge of ABC matters, bankruptcy, and complex litigation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on routine risk issues for restructuring, bankruptcy, and complex litigation engagements.
• Develop practical controls, workflows, and training from intake through case closure.
• Coordinate with GCO, risk management, and outside counsel for legal reviews.
• Manage Enterprise Risk Management for ABC entities and the FAS practice.
• Oversee risk across ABC engagements including notices, claims, and asset processes.
• Deliver risk management training and maintain the risk register with status reports.
