Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a Risk Management Manager to lead risk strategies for our Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice. You will partner with FAS leadership to identify, assess, and mitigate professional, regulatory, and operational risks throughout engagements, from intake to closure.

You will shape practical controls, training, and workflows while collaborating with the Office of General Counsel, firm risk management, and outside counsel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance, or a related function in a professional services firm.
• Understanding of restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, or other financial advisory engagements (ABC).
• Knowledge of independence and conflicts-of-interest requirements for a professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management for the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice.
• Develop practical controls, workflows, and training from intake through case closure.
• Partner with GCO and outside counsel on matters requiring legal review.
• Maintain risk register and periodic reporting for FAS and firm leadership.
• Deliver risk management training for FAS professionals.
