Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk controls for our Financial Advisory Services practice. You will partner with FAS leadership to identify and address professional, regulatory, and operational risks, developing practical controls and training across engagements from intake to case closure.

Reporting to the FAS Director of Operations, you will shape risk management in a fast-paced advisory environment while protecting the firm and clients and ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of risk management, quality control, compliance, or related experience in professional services.
• Working knowledge of restructuring, bankruptcy, and complex litigation risk areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk guidance to FAS engagement teams across restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, and other engagements.
• Assist with independence, conflicts, and disclosure obligations for complex matters.
• Develop and deliver risk management training and maintain the practice risk register.
