Qualifications

• 5–7 years of corporate risk management or insurance brokerage experience.
• At least 3 years managing corporate insurance renewals across multiple coverage lines.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, assess and mitigate corporate risk in fast-paced environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to align risk strategy with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee captive insurance program; optimize structure, coverage, and performance.
• Lead annual corporate insurance renewals; design programs, market to carriers, negotiate terms.
