Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking a Vice President of Risk Management and Insurance to lead enterprise risk, insurance programs, and claims across the organization. This role partners with Operations, Legal, and Executive Leadership to protect assets and drive profitable growth while controlling risk exposure.

You will set strategy for corporate and project insurance programs, oversee OCIP/CCIP and captive programs, manage relationships with brokers and carriers, and lead a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive risk management/insurance experience, preferably in construction.
• Proven experience managing complex corporate insurance programs.
• Strong relationships with brokers, carriers, and legal teams.
• Experience with OCIP/CCIP and captive programs.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for corporate insurance programs and broker relations.
• Oversee OCIP/CCIP programs per project requirements.
• Lead captive insurance program governance and funding.
• Develop risk transfer and contract risk strategies with Legal, Safety, and Finance.
• Provide risk management reporting to leadership and board.
