EisnerAmper is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead the risk program for our Financial Advisory Services practice in a fast-paced professional services environment.

You will partner with FAS leadership to identify and address professional, regulatory, and operational risks, develop practical controls and training, and ensure engagement quality without slowing delivery of services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance, or a related function within a professional services organization.
• Working understanding of restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, or ABC matters, and the engagement risks specific to these areas.
• Working knowledge of independence and conflicts-of-interest requirements applicable to a professional services firm.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, engagement letters, and client agreements across restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, and other FAS engagements.
• Prepare and negotiate vendor, subcontractor, and consulting agreements needed to support ABC administration and other FAS engagement delivery.
• Draft and negotiate employment and contractor agreements, including agreements for the hiring and administration of international personnel.
• Provide advice and counsel to FAS engagement teams on routine risk issues arising across restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, and other financial advisory engagements.
• Support engagement teams in performing assignee and fiduciary duties on ABC engagements, including creditor notice, claims administration, bonding requirements, and asset sale or liquidation processes.
• Identify, assess, and help remediate operational, contractual, and regulatory risk exposure across FAS engagements, escalating higher-severity items to GCO.
• Develop and manage the Enterprise Risk Management program for the ABC entities and the broader FAS practice.
• Develop and deliver risk management training for FAS professionals, covering topics such as independence, conflicts checks, documentation standards, and expert-witness protocols.
