Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a Risk Management Manager to lead risk oversight for the Financial Advisory Services practice, driving early identification of professional, regulatory, and operational risks. You will develop practical controls, workflows, and training across engagements from intake to closure, in collaboration with GC and firm risk teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, quality control, compliance, or a related function within a professional services organization.
• Knowledge of restructuring, bankruptcy, complex litigation, or other financial advisory engagements (ABC).
• Understanding of independence and conflicts-of-interest requirements for a professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management for FAS practice, partnering with leadership and engagement teams to identify and address risks.
• Develop practical controls, workflows, and training from intake through case closure.
• Coordinate with GC, firm risk management, and outside counsel on legal reviews.
• Manage enterprise risk program for ABC entities and broader FAS practice.
• Oversee risk related to operating processes, contracts, and data sharing; translate into practical guidance.
