Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a senior risk and project controls leader to shape risk management for large capital programs. You will develop governance frameworks, run risk workshops, and conduct Monte Carlo analyses to forecast cost and schedule impacts.

You’ll maintain risk registers, prepare executive dashboards, and support independent project reviews. The role requires 8+ years in project controls/risk management, proficiency with Acumen/@Risk/Safran/PRA, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Risk Management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in project controls, risk management, or capital project delivery in pharma/industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in Monte Carlo analysis tools (Acumen/@Risk/Safran/PRA), 12C and project management software.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle risk processes, cost/schedule integration, and PMF.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, adaptable, able to lead under uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Develop risk management frameworks and governance for capital projects.
• Facilitate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation workshops across phases.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, including Monte Carlo.
• Maintain risk registers in Primavera Cloud (12C) and related systems.
• Prepare executive risk dashboards and portfolio risk reports.
• Lead or support Independent Project Reviews and Gate Reviews.
