Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC seeks a senior Project Controls Lead to oversee scheduling, cost management, risk, and change control on complex capital programs onsite with clients. You will establish governance-aligned processes and drive performance against budgets and KPIs with finance partners.

You will develop forecasts, cash flow analyses, and dashboards for executive leadership, while maintaining risk registers and leading mitigation actions across the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience, including experience supporting regulated life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, cleanroom, or manufacturing facilities.
• 7 years in senior leadership roles managing large project controls teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls function, overseeing scheduling, cost management, estimating, risk management, and change control across complex capital projects.
• Establish, maintain, and enforce project controls processes aligned with governance and standards.
• Manage project performance against budgets, baselines, and KPIs with project leadership and finance teams.
• Develop and maintain forecasts, cash flow analyses, cost reports, and performance metrics for decision-making.
• Oversee schedule development, tracking, critical path analysis, and schedule risk assessments.
• Integrate cost, schedule, and risk data for a comprehensive project health view.
• Lead change management, evaluating impacts to scope, schedule, and cost with change control adherence.
• Maintain risk registers and drive mitigation planning and actions.
• Prepare and present executive reports, dashboards, forecasts, and analyses to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with PM frameworks, financial policies, quality standards, audits and continuous improvement across controls.
• Onsite at client site and flexible in-person collaboration with clients and teams.
