Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Lead to drive cost, schedule, scope, and risk management across utility-scale projects onsite with clients. You will mentor Project Controls Specialists and collaborate with the PM team to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management (or related field) OR 8 years equivalent/related work experience in lieu of a degree.
• 6 years minimum capital project controls experience on utility new gas generation projects or large-scale energy projects ($300M+).
• Ability to perform field walkdown observations and lift 25lbs overhead.
• Expert level with scheduling software, analytics, and project controls fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate project controls expertise and oversee Project Controls Specialists through the project lifecycle.
• Integrate with PM team to ensure successful project execution.
• Promote safe behavior and adherence to safety rules on the project.
• Implement PM standards in cost, schedule, scope, WBS, risk, and issues management.
• Ensure contracts and contractor work align with project controls requirements.
• Conduct rigorous assessments to ensure SGF/process compliance and reporting.
