Accenture is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Leader to oversee scheduling, cost management, risk, and change control for complex capital programs onsite with clients. You will set governance-aligned controls, partner with finance, and drive performance against budgets and KPIs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, deliver executive dashboards, forecasts, and insights, and ensure alignment with corporate standards and quality frameworks across regulated facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience on regulated life sciences or manufacturing facilities.
• 7 years in senior leadership roles managing large project controls teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex multi-contractor programs with large budgets.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6, cost management systems, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, scheduling, design-development processes.
• Proven leadership with large multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced data visualization and forecasting tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls function, overseeing scheduling, cost management, estimating, risk management, and change control across complex capital projects.
• Establish, maintain, and enforce project controls processes aligned with governance and standards.
• Manage performance against budgets, baselines, and KPIs with project leadership and finance.
• Develop and maintain forecasts, cash flow analyses, cost reports, and performance metrics.
• Oversee schedule development, progress tracking, critical path, and schedule risk analyses.
• Integrate cost, schedule, and risk data for a comprehensive project health view.
• Lead change management activities and monitor risk response throughout lifecycle.
• Maintain risk registers and proactively plan mitigations with teams.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and analyses for steering committees.
