Job summary

Encore Global in Orlando, FL is seeking a Sr. Rigging and Power Warehouse Technician to lead equipment handling, QC, and logistics for Rigging and Power gear in the warehouse.

You will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate staging, loading, and deliveries, use Navigator software and RF-based WMS, and ensure safety and quality standards across the region. The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse experience and 2+ years with Rigging and Power equipment, with forklift operation and strong

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in warehouse environment.
• 2+ years’ experience with Rigging and Power equipment.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs. independently.
• Experience operating industrial forklift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, scan, and stage outgoingRigging and Power equipment for transport.
• Sort, scan, and QC incoming Rigging and Power equipment.
• Perform and support Quality Control processes.
• Load and unload equipment from trucks and trailers.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, including scheduling shifts.
• Coordinate packaging, shipping, and deliveries.
• Maintain Navigator picklists and order entry.
