Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Sr. Warehouse Technician to lead equipment handling, loading/unloading, and staging of gear for shows and events.

You will supervise warehouse staff, manage pick lists with Navigator software, and ensure QC and accurate inventory across the operation. This role requires 3–5 years in a warehouse setting, a High School diploma or GED, forklift operation skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in warehouse environment
• High School diploma/GED
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs independently
• RF based WMS system (preferred)
• Experience operating industrial forklift equipment

Responsibilities

• Pick, scan, and stage outgoing equipment for transport.
• Sort, scan, and perform QC on incoming equipment.
• Perform and support all Quality Control processes and procedures.
• Load and unload equipment from vans, trucks, and tractor-trailers.
• Assist with equipment deliveries or on show site as directed.
• Prepare and process shipments to ship small parcel, LTL and via internal fleet.
• Operate industrial forklifts including sit-down, reach, stock picker and powered pallet jack.
