Job summary

Encore is seeking a Rigging Specialist in Tampa, Florida, responsible for performing and supervising rigging activities in a hospitality environment. This role involves ensuring safety and quality while acting as the primary contact for clients during events. Candidates with at least 1 year of onsite rigging experience and appropriate certifications are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of onsite rigging experience.
• ETCP Certification is preferred.
• Ground rigging experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform rigging activities while ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Act as primary contact for clients during rigging load ins/outs.
• Supervise rigging team during events.
