Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Sr. Warehouse Technician to lead equipment handling and logistics in our Orlando warehouse. You will supervise staff, manage pick lists in Navigator, and oversee QC, inventory, loading/unloading, and safety programs.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehousing, the ability to lift >50 lbs, and proficient use of Microsoft Office. RF-based WMS experience and forklift operation are strongly preferred. On-site work with potential venue travel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs independently.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office.
• RF-based WMS system experience preferred.
• Experience operating industrial forklift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, scan, and stage outgoing equipment for transport.
• Sort, scan, and QC incoming equipment.
• Support QC processes and perform annual physical inventory.
• Load/unload equipment from vehicles and assist on show sites as directed.
• Utilize Navigator to manage pick lists and track orders.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Supervise warehouse staff scheduling and assignments.
• Ensure proper documentation and system entries are accurate.
