Job summary

Encore is seeking a Sr. Warehouse Technician to lead equipment handling, QC, and inventory in our Orlando facility. You will supervise warehouse staff, manage pick lists in Navigator, and coordinate loading/unloading of trucks, while ensuring safety and accuracy in daily operations.

You should have 3–5 years of warehouse experience, be able to lift 50 lbs, and be proficient with basic computer tasks and RF-based WMS systems. Forklift operation and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs independently.
• Follow written and verbal instructions; strong communication.
• Proficient in basic computer tasks including MS Office.
• Experience with RF-based WMS systems preferred.
• Experience operating industrial forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound/outbound order processing and QC of equipment.
• Oversee storage, picking, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Manage Navigator pick-lists and order entry as needed.
• Conduct annual physical inventory and support QC processes.
• Schedule and supervise warehouse staff; ensure safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with transportation and parcel shipments; operate forklifts.
