Job summary

Encore seeks a Sr. Rigging and Power Warehouse Technician to lead equipment handling in the Orlando region. You will supervise warehouse personnel, manage pick lists, and ensure quality control for Rigging and Power gear while coordinating with site teams.

Your role includes safety oversight, on-site visits, inventory checks, and supporting transportation logistics. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years in a warehouse environment.
• 2+ years with Rigging and Power equipment.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pick, scan, and stage outgoing Rigging and Power equipment for transport.
• Sort, scan, and QC incoming equipment.
• Perform and support QC processes and procedures.
• Load/unload equipment from trucks and trailers.
• Operate Navigator to manage pick lists and orders.
