Job summary

Syneos Health, a leading life sciences services organization, seeks a Senior Proposal Analyst in Morrisville, NC. You will analyze RFPs, assemble budgets and proposal content with SMEs, and manage the end-to-end proposal process to clients and rebids.

You will work with contracts, finance and operations to initiate projects and ensure alignment with client requirements, while developing mitigation strategies with mentorship as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, negotiation and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and communication tools.
• Experience preparing proposals in CRO/pharma environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and analyzes RFPs from Business Development and assigns SMEs.
• Prepares and edits proposal text, budgets and cover letters responding to RFPs and rebids.
• Ensures consistency of proposals with RFPs, client specs and internal assumptions.
• Obtains third party quotes as needed.
• Manages the proposals process from RFP receipt to delivery with limited supervision.
• Coordinates project handovers and updates management tools on status.
