Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting with a proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
• Ability to win complex talent solutions engagements within life sciences and deliver results.
• Strong executive presence and credibility with C-suite and HR leaders.
• Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: design and execute talent solutions to secure new partnerships across biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors.
• Build Strategic Relationships: own client solutions for key accounts and foster trust with executives.
• Lead & Innovate: manage the full sales process from discovery to pricing, proposals, and closing deals.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: guide clients with industry knowledge and coordinate with delivery teams for flawless execution.
