With 6+ years in life sciences recruiting and a track record of exceeding revenue goals, you will travel up to 30% and collaborate across the Syneos Health organization to deliver superior client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting with a proven revenue track record.
• Ability to win complex talent solutions engagements within life sciences.
• Senior-level network across biotech, pharma, or medical device orgs.
• Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: design and secure new partnerships across biotech, pharma, and medical device sectors.
• Build Strategic Relationships: act as primary client solutions owner for key accounts with executive leaders.
• Lead & Innovate: manage the full sales process from discovery to pricing, proposals, and closing deals.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: guide clients with industry knowledge and coordinate with delivery teams for flawless execution.
• Make an Impact: connect integrated solutions across Syneos Health to deliver client value.
