Qualifications

• 6+ years in life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting with a track record of $1M+ annual revenue.
• Proven ability to win complex talent solutions engagements in life sciences.
• Executive presence with C-suite/HR leader credibility.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive talent solutions for new partnerships across biotech, pharma, and med device sectors.
• Own key accounts as the client solutions owner, building trust with executives.
• Lead the sales cycle from discovery to pricing, proposals, and close.
• Advise clients using industry knowledge and coordinate with delivery teams for flawless execution.
• Connect Syneos Health capabilities to deliver outstanding client value.
