Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a senior, client-facing leader to drive RPO partnerships in life sciences, including biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors. You will architect talent solutions, win complex engagements, and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and HR leaders.

You will manage end-to-end sales processes, collaborate with delivery teams, and advance growth across key accounts while travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting.
• Track record of achieving annual revenue goals (>$1M).
• Ability to win complex talent solutions engagements in life sciences.
• Experience as trusted advisor to C-suite and HR leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: design and execute talent solution designs to win new partnerships in biotech, pharma, and medical devices.
• Build Strategic Relationships: own key accounts and build trust with executive leaders.
• Lead & Innovate: lead the sales process from discovery to pricing, proposals, and closing deals.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: apply industry knowledge to guide clients and coordinate with delivery teams for flawless execution.
• Make an Impact: connect solutions across Syneos Health to deliver unmatched client value.
