Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal RF Sensor Responsible Engineering Authority for advanced missile programs, onsite in Tucson, AZ. You will drive RF subsystem requirements, lead design analysis, and support integration and test efforts across supplier networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years experience, or advanced degree with 6+ years.
• Experience with electrical hardware development (RF antennas/CCAs).
• Experience working with suppliers or subcontractors to develop complex hardware.
• Ability to obtain interim clearance prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier development of RF sensors and measurement equipment.
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews of technical data, proposed design changes, and hardware acceptance.
• Identify, document, and communicate risks and mitigations for RF sensor development.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate regularly with program leadership and suppliers.
