RTX is seeking a Principal RF Sensor Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) for advanced missile programs. Lead RF sensor hardware direction, drive subsystem requirements, and coordinate design, analysis, and testing across suppliers and internal teams.

You will mentor junior engineers, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and maintain rigorous documentation. This onsite Tucson role requires interim clearance eligibility and offers relocation assistance and a strong benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM plus 8+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with electrical hardware development (RF antennas, CCAs, subsystems) preferred.
• Experience working with suppliers or subcontractors to develop complex hardware.
• Experience with product or task ownership and interpreting engineering requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee supplier development of RF sensors and measurement equipment.
• Serve as liaison between supplier and program for technical, cost, and schedule alignment.
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews of technical data and hardware acceptance.
• Identify and mitigate risks for RF sensor development.
• Support lab testing, field tests, and root-cause failure analysis for RF sensors.
• Maintain artifacts like requirements documents, HUM, and SSOW.
