RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Principal RF Sensor Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) for advanced missile programs. You will lead RF subsystem design, drive requirements, and mentor engineers while collaborating with suppliers and program leadership.

This onsite role requires a strong background in RF sensors, radars, antennas, and subsystem integration. You will support tests, reviews, risk mitigation, and ensure hardware compliance across RTX programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 6+ years.
• Experience with RF components and electrical hardware development.
• Experience working with suppliers or subcontractors to develop hardware.
• Ability to obtain interim DoD clearance before start date.

Responsabilités

• Oversee supplier development of RF sensors and measurement equipment.
• Coordinate design reviews and hardware acceptance.
• Identify risks and mitigations for RF sensor development.
• Support lab testing and field test events.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with leadership.
