RTX is seeking a Senior Engineer for the Effector RF Design Team in Tucson, AZ. You will lead the design and implementation of antenna, radome, and sensor ranges, and work with thermal, structural, and systems teams to define requirements for ranges and test equipment.

You will guide teams, provide technical oversight, and mentor staff while collaborating with government programs to meet mission needs. This onsite role requires the ability to obtain interim clearance and relocation is possible.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with testing antennas/radomes in chambers or ranges.
• Ability to obtain interim U.S. government security clearance before start date.

Mansioni

• Lead design and implementation of antenna, radome, and sensor ranges or chambers.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to define and analyze requirements for ranges and test equipment.
• Oversee deployment of new ranges/chambers and mentor other engineers.
