RTX is seeking a Senior RF Design Engineer to lead the design of antenna, radome, and sensor ranges in Tucson, AZ. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to define requirements, analyze, simulate, and implement ranges and associated test equipment.

The role requires leading teams, providing technical oversight, and coordinating with government programs to validate range compliance. Onsite in Tucson with relocation support offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s in STEM and 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience testing antennas/radomes in a chamber or test range.
• Ability to obtain interim U.S. government clearance prior to start date.

Mansioni

• Develop antenna, radome, advanced sensor systems, and/or RCS ranges/chambers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define, analyze, simulate, implement, and evaluate requirements for ranges and/or chambers.
• Oversee implementation of new ranges/chambers and service suppliers.
• Guide technology roadmaps and modernization efforts.
