RTX's Effector RF Design Team in Tucson, AZ seeks a Senior Engineer to lead the design and implementation of antenna, radome, and/or radar cross section (RCS) ranges and chambers. The role is onsite in Tucson, AZ and requires collaboration with thermal, structural, mechanical, systems, and government personnel to define and refine requirements.

The successful candidate will manage project teams, provide technical oversight, and drive modernization while ensuring compliance and performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience testing antennas or radomes in a chamber or test range.
• Ability to obtain Interim U.S. government issued security clearance.

Mansioni

• Develop and lead design of antenna, radome, and/or RCS ranges/chambers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define and validate requirements.
• Oversee implementation of new ranges/chambers.
