RTX is seeking a Senior Engineer for the Effector RF Design Team in Tucson, AZ. You will lead the design and implementation of antenna, radome, and sensor ranges, coordinating with thermal, structural, mechanical, and systems teams to validate requirements and enable modernization.

The role requires guiding teams, mentoring colleagues, and shaping technology roadmaps while working with government programs to meet DoD security and program needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience testing antennas or radomes in a chamber/test range.
• Ability to obtain Interim clearance before start.

Mansioni

• Develop antenna, radome, sensor systems and ranges.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define requirements.
• Oversee implementation of new ranges/chambers.
• Guide and mentor other employees.
