RTX’s Effector RF Design Team in Tucson, AZ seeks a Senior Engineer to lead antenna, radome, and sensor range design. You will guide cross-functional groups, define technology roadmaps, and coordinate with government programs to ensure range and chamber compliance.

You will mentor staff, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to innovations while working onsite in Tucson. A strong background in RF engineering and security clearance is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and 8+ years relevant experience.
• Experience with testing antennas or radomes in a chamber or test range.
• Ability to obtain interim U.S. government issued security clearance before start with potential for higher clearance.

Mansioni

• Develop antenna, radome, advanced sensor systems, and/or RCS ranges/chambers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define, analyze, simulate, implement, and evaluate requirements for ranges/chambers.
• Oversee implementation of new ranges/chambers and work with suppliers.
• Provide guidance and mentorship across the organization.
