Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead and shape the design of antenna, radome, and sensor ranges within the Effector RF Design Team. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering groups to define, analyze, simulate, and implement range requirements and ensure chamber compliance.

You will guide and mentor colleagues, develop technology roadmaps, and interact with government personnel to align requirements with mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience including antenna/range testing.
• Ability to obtain Interim clearance prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of antenna, radome, and sensor ranges.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define and analyze requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to other employees.
