RTX, located in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design and implementation of antenna, radome, and sensor ranges and to guide cross‑disciplinary teams. You will shape technology roadmaps, collaborate with government programs, and provide coaching across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and at least 8 years of relevant experience, with the ability to obtain interim clearance. Onsite work in Tucson is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with testing antennas/radomes in a chamber or test range.
• Ability to obtain interim U.S. government security clearance prior to start.

• Develop antenna, radome, advanced sensor ranges and chambers.
• Collaborate with thermal, structural, mechanical, and systems teams to define and evaluate range requirements.
• Oversee implementation and services of new ranges and chambers.
