Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Engineer for the Effector RF Design Team in Tucson, AZ. You will lead RF packaging development for antennas, RCCAs, radomes, and test equipment, guiding a multidisciplinary group and coordinating with customers and program leadership on requirements.

The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience and ability to obtain interim U.S. clearance, with a path to higher access. On-site work and competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience in RF packaging and hardware design.
• Master's degree preferred; detailed knowledge of RF PCB materials and CCA layout is a plus.
• Ability to obtain interim security clearance and pursue higher access after start.

• Provide small group technical oversight for RF packaging development.
• Lead multi-discipline teams and define technical roadmaps and modernization efforts.
• Collaborate with customers and program leadership to refine hardware requirements.
