Job summary

RTX’s Effector RF Design Team in Tucson, AZ seeks a Senior Engineer to design packaging for antennas, RF circuit card assemblies, radomes, and RF test equipment. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, provide technical oversight, and mentor others while shaping technology roadmaps and modernization efforts.

You will collaborate with customers and program leadership to refine requirements to validate hardware compliance and ensure successful program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in RF packaging.
• Experience designing RF product packaging through full lifecycle (CCA, antennas, radomes, RF test equipment).
• Experience creating 3D CAD models and CAD data packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for RF packaging projects.
• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams and delegate tasks.
• Define and refine requirements with customers to validate hardware compliance.
