Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Senior RF Design Engineer in Tucson, AZ, to lead packaging of antennas, RF circuits, radomes, and RF testing equipment. The candidate will guide multidisciplinary teams, define technology roadmaps, and drive modernization efforts.

The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of RF packaging experience, GD&T data package creation, and the ability to obtain interim security clearance. Onsite in Tucson with strong leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including RF packaging workflows.
• Experience creating Technical Data Packages (TDPs) using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to obtain interim U.S. government security clearance prior to start date; potential for higher access after start.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for RF product packaging initiatives.
• Lead multi-discipline teams; guide design and analysis across product life cycle.
• Develop and refine requirements with customers and program leadership.
