RTX is seeking a Principal Engineer for the Effector RF Design Team in Tucson, AZ to craft packaging solutions for antennas, RF circuit cards, radomes, and RF test equipment. This onsite role leads multidiscipline teams and partners with customers to define requirements and validate hardware.

Applicants should have a STEM degree with 6–8+ years’ RF/mechanical design experience, be eligible for interim clearance, and demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and proposal-level technical

Competenze

Bachelor’s in STEM with 8+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 6+ years of experience in RF mechanical design and leadership across product life cycle.
Experience creating Technical Data Packages (TDPs) using GD&T for RF products.
Ability to obtain interim U.S. government security clearance before start date and pursue access to higher programs.
