RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior RF Design Engineer to lead packaging of antennas, RF CCAs, radomes, and test equipment. You will guide multidiscipline teams, shape technology roadmaps, and collaborate with customers to refine requirements.

This on-site role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years in RF packaging, 3D CAD, and GD&T, plus the ability to obtain interim DoD security clearance. Relocation may be considered; RTX offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in STEM with 5+ years in RF packaging design.
• Experience packaging RF products (CCAs, antennas, radomes, harnesses) across product life cycle.
• Proficient in 3D CAD software for RF hardware development.
