RTX's Effector RF Design Team in Tucson, AZ seeks a Senior Engineer to design and package RF components, antennas, and test equipment. You will lead small multidisciplinary teams, provide technical oversight, and shape technology roadmaps to enable modernization.

The role requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of RF packaging experience, with security clearance eligibility. Onsite work in Tucson, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required with 5+ years of related RF packaging experience.
• Experience designing and analyzing RF product packaging (CCAs, antennas, radomes, RF test hardware).
• GD&T data packages creation experience; ability to obtain interim clearance prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide small group technical oversight.
• Lead RF product packaging development and documentation.
• Serve as a technical resource to the organization and customers.
