RTX's Effector RF Design Team in Tucson, AZ seeks a Senior Principal Engineer to lead packaging solutions for antennas, RF circuits, radomes, and test equipment.

You will guide multi-disciplinary design activities, perform trade studies, and drive technology roadmaps while ensuring cost, schedule, and performance targets are met. The role emphasizes mentorship and customer-facing collaboration to refine requirements and validate hardware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 10+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 8+ years.
• Experience in RF packaging design across the product life cycle with 3D CAD.
• Ability to obtain interim security clearance prior to start.

Responsabilités

• Guide RF hardware packaging design and integration across multidisciplinary programs.
• Conduce trade studies and develop forward plans meeting cost, schedule, and performance.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
