Job summary

Axon Enterprise in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Senior RF Engineer I to lead RF design and integration of wireless subsystems for mobile and vehicular platforms. You will own end-to-end RF work—from concept through production—collaborating with antenna, mechanical, software, and regulatory teams to deliver robust devices.

You will apply expertise in LTE, 5G, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, and related standards to optimize performance, debug issues, and mentor junior engineers while guiding design

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
7+ years designing wireless RF solutions.
Experience with LTE/5G cellular RF circuits.
Experience multi-transceiver integration (4G/5G, Wi‑Fi, GNSS).
Ability to lead RF design and validation independently.
Strong collaboration across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Lead RF design and integration for wireless subsystems.
Design chip-down RF circuitry and modules.
Own RF implementation from concept to production.
Collaborate with antenna engineers on solutions.
Perform RF testing and validation using lab equipment.
Guide junior engineers and review designs.
Translate requirements into RF specs and test plans.
