Axon is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to own the design, development, and validation of complex electrical systems for mission-critical, connected hardware. You will drive RF integration, board layout, and cross-functional collaboration to scale hardware safely and effectively.

You'll lead bring-up, debugging, and production readiness while partnering with mechanical and design teams to meet tight form-factor and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field with strong hardware background.
• Experience in embedded electronics, mixed-signal design, and RF/coexistence is required.
• Proven ability to lead hardware projects from concept through mass production.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, and validation of complex electrical systems for mission-critical hardware.
• Lead board and RF integration, ensure safety, thermal, and signal integrity targets.
• Provide technical leadership and review designs with partners across distributed teams.
• Drive hardware bring-up, debugging, and production readiness from concept to mass production.
• Collaborate with mechanical, industrial design, and cross-functional teams to fit form factor.
