Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to own the design, development, and validation of complex electrical systems for mission-critical, connected hardware. You will lead the hardware lifecycle from architecture to mass production, working across schematics, RF, mechanical integration, and debugging.

The role offers hybrid onsite options at regional hubs in the US, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape robust hardware for critical public safety products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of embedded electronics design experience.
• Experience with PCB design, RF integration, and hardware bring-up.
• Experience with high-speed memory, power delivery, and wireless/RF integration.

Responsibilities

• Design mixed-signal schematics and drive PCB layout for MS processors and RF transceivers.
• Design and validate RF systems and ensure RF coexistence and EMI/EMC considerations.
• Collaborate with mechanical design for board layout and antenna integration.
• Bring up, debug hardware using test equipment like scopes and analyzers.
• Drive BOMs, documentation, and readiness from concept to mass production.
• Provide technical leadership to EE team and external partners.
